33 kV bay at Amuwa Substation

The power produced from the Butwal solar project is evacuated through the 7.4 km transmission line. The line connects the Butwal solar power plant and 33 kV bay at Amuwa substation. The line routes through Butwal solar power plant, Tinahu river basin to amuwa substation. The line is charged at 33 kV using the polymer insulator. Amuwa substation is NEA owned distribution center at voltage level 33kV/11kV.

Janda Devi Nepal has successfully constructed the line.
